How it works:

1. Register in our VTO system
2. If the system will not boot;
   1. Download our remote recovery environment
   2. Burn the image to a USB or CD
3. If the system is on the network;
   1. Connect to our remote technical support system
   2. Work with our recovery agent to download the needed recovery tools
4. Our recovery engineer will diagnose the system
5. Correct problems;
   1. Active directory
   2. Recover lost files
   3. Reset lost admin accounts
