Burn the image to a USB or CD
If the system is on the network;
Connect to our remote technical support system
Work with our recovery agent to download the needed recovery tools
Our recovery engineer will diagnose the system
Correct problems;
Active directory
Recover lost files
Reset lost admin accounts
